At Alphafin Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality financial education. We understand that sometimes a course may not meet your expectations, so we offer a 72-hour refund policy under the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • You may request a refund within 72 hours of your initial course purchase.

  • To be eligible, you must not have consumed more than 20% of the course content (tracked via our learning platform).

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • You have completed more than 20% of the course content.
  • The course was purchased during a special offer, flash sale, or with a promotional code clearly marked as “non-refundable.”
  • You have downloaded or accessed all course materials.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. 
  • Transaction charges, payment gateway fees, and applicable taxes are non-refundable.

4. Course Cancellation

  • You may cancel your enrollment at any time, but cancellations made after 72 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If you choose to cancel, you will lose access to all course materials and related resources.
